Administrative Development Project Services - Call For Tenders For The Recruitment Of A Manager For The Support Fund For Engines Of Change Ii (Famoc Ii). Denmark, Represented In Mali By The Royal Danish Embassy (Ard), Wishes Set Up A Fund Through Which It Would Be Possible To Finance, In A Manner Relatively Flexible, Various Emerging Initiatives And Drivers Of Change Of Civil Society. The Purpose Of This Mission Is To Ensure, On Behalf Of The Ard, The Project Owner In The Management, Monitoring, Monitoring-Evaluation And Closure Of Activities Of The Second Phase Of The Support Fund For Drivers Of Change (Famoc Ii). The Scope Of Work Includes, But Is Not Necessarily Limited To The Following Tasks : • Facilitate The Transfer Between The Outgoing Manager And The New One; • Ensure The Implementation Of Project Document, Including Selection And Monitoring Of Projects, Monitoring Of Performance Contracts, Quality Of Reporting By Beneficiaries, Monitoring-Evaluation Of Beneficiaries And Evaluation Of The Level Of Achievement Of Results (Impact, Direct Effect And Outputs); • Identify Needs For Strengthening Capacities Of Beneficiaries And Implement Related Activities; • Ensure Capitalizing On The Experiences Of Beneficiaries In Terms Of Human Rights, Inclusion In Decision-Making, Citizen Engagement And Control, Media Like Drivers Of Peace, Conflict Management And Also The Communication Of The Results Obtained ; • Ensure Administrative And Financial Management
