Expression of Interest are invited for Structure for the Design and Implementation of a Support Program. Description: The World Bank supports the structures that assist SMEs in their development and growth, through financing and capacity building. It is in this context that the World Bank wishes to recruit a structure for the implementation of a support program dedicated to women entrepreneurs in Mali. Overall objective The overall objective is to design and implement a technical support program for women in Mali, in agriculture and agribusiness to develop their businesses. Specific objectives The specific objectives of the assignment are to provide solutions to mitigate problems that women entrepreneurs are facing, including the following: - Lack of business management skills; - Difficulty of accessing new markets; - Difficulties in recruiting good staff and managing teams; - Lack of mastery of transformation processes; - Lack of networks in distribution and marketing.
