Notice of Information (Advance Notice) (NOI) for Architectural Services for the Waimarino Wellness Centre, Raetihi Open Date: Tuesday, 19 December 2023 9:00 AM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+13:00) Close Date: Friday, 22 December 2023 5:00 PM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+13:00) Tender Type: Notice of Information (Advance Notice) (NOI) Tender Coverage: Sole Agency Regions: Manawatu-Wanganui Required Pre-qualifications: None Overview: Te Whatu Ora Whanganui is about to issue a request for proposals inviting suitably qualified architectural design service suppliers to develop suitable kaupapa Mori designs for a whare oranga / wellness centre around the existing Waimarino Health Centre facility in Raetihi. The service requirements will include undertaking community consultation to inform the design, producing concept and detailed design drawings, attending to consents, through to providing architectural oversight of the build process. We expect to release the RFP prior to the Christmas holiday period. Proposals will be due in February 2024. A site visit will be held at 11 am on 25 January 2024 at Raetihi.
