The Municipality Of Keminmaa Is Requesting Bids For The Electronic Personnel Benefits Payment Tool To Be Acquired For The Use Of Employees And Its Administration Service As A Complete Service In Accordance With This Request For Bids. Electronic Means Of Payment Refers To An Electronic System With Which An Employee Pays A Personnel Benefit Without Being Tied To Cards Or Other Physical Means Of Payment. The Electronic Payment Instrument Must Be Implemented As A Mobile Application. Administration Service Refers To The System By Which The Municipality Of Keminmaa Orders Payment Instruments And Manages And Monitors Their Use. The Object Of Acquisition Does Not Include Physical Means Of Payment, Such As A Payment Card Or Paper Bills.
