Tenders Are Invited For Telephone Communication Services

1. The Supplier Must Ensure The Provision Of Digital/Analog Telephone Network Services. 2. The Supplier Undertakes To Provide Service To The Telephone Numbers Available To The Customer. 3. Provide Access To Reference Services, As Well As A Free Call To Emergency Services, Providing The Customer With Free Connections To Emergency Medical, Law Enforcement, Fire, Emergency, Reference, And Rescue Services. 4. Provides Free Connections With Emergency Medical, Law Enforcement, Fire, Emergency, Reference Services, And Rescue Services. 5. The Service Providers Telephone Connection To The Public Telephone Network Must Be Made Using Available Telephone Connection Lines. 5. The Digital Telephone Network Must Include: Transmission Of Subscriber Names During Calls Between Subscribers, Number Determination, Call Forwarding, Second Line Service, Authorization Code, Call Waiting And Other Additional Types Of Services. 6. The Calculation Of The Duration Of The Connection Must Start From The Moment Of Receipt Of The “Subscriber Answer” Signal Of The Called Telephone Number Or The Second Connected Terminating Device (Answering Machine, Fax Machine, Server, Etc.) And End After Receiving The Signal From Any Of The Two Subscribers 7. The Analog Telephone Network Must Include: Call Forwarding, Redialing Of The Subscriber, Interception Of Incoming Calls. The Service Provider Must Have A State License To Provide Services In The Field Of Communication (International Telephone Communication And Long-Distance Telephone Communication), Issued In Accordance With The Law Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan About Permits And Notifications Dated May 16, 2014 The Supplier Is Obliged To Provide Services That Comply With Technical Standards And Requirements Established By State Standards And Other Regulatory Documents.
