Engineering Services - Planning Services For High- And Low-Current And Building Automation. The Building To Be Planned Is The Underground Car Park Of The Wetzlar Town Hall, Brühlsbachstr. 2 B, 35578 Wetzlar. The Renovation Is Underway Here. The Underground Car Park Is Located Is Next To The Town Hall In Wetzlar. Access Is Either From “Brühlsbachstrasse” Or From “Turmstrasse”. The Underground Car Park Consists Of Five Levels, With The 2Nd. And The 4Th Level Are Smaller Mezzanines. The Structure Was Built In 1989/90. The Underground Car Park Has Around 184 Parking Spaces. Not All Pitches Are Covered. There Are Some Outdoor Parking Spaces On The 1St Level. The Different Ones Levels Of The Underground Car Park Are Marked By Different Colored Supports. The Pillars On Level 1 Are Painted Mint Green. Level 2 Is Colored Purple. On On Level 3, The Supports Were Painted A Light Blue Color. Level 4 Shows A Light Red Coat Of Paint On The Supports. In The Last Lower Level There Was One Yellow Color Demarcation Used. All Reinforced Concrete Components Were Constructed Using In-Situ Concrete Created. The Wall, Ceiling And Column Surfaces Were Left Raw; A Coat Of Paint Applied. A White Was Added To The Wall, Column And Ceiling Surfaces Paint Was Used, The Base Of The Wall And Column Surfaces Was At A Height Of Approx. 15 Cm Offset In Dark Gray. In 2020, As Part Of An Emergency Measure In The First Basement Ceiling Areas Applied With Spray Mortar. There Were More Extensive Concrete Spalls Here Visible, Which Posed A Danger Of Use. Description Of What Has Been Planned So Far Construction Process The Total Floor Area Is Approx. 5,000 M². The Repair Is Carried Out In 3 Construction Phases During Ongoing Operations, With Sections 1 And 2 Interlocking Encroach. The Construction Phases Are Separated By A Dust Protection Wall. The Construction Phases Are Planned As Follows: 1St Construction Phase: Open Space In The Underground Car Park 2Nd Construction Phase: Levels 1 And 2 3Rd Construction Phase: Levels 3, 4 And 5 The Following Services Are Already In Place Outsourced To A Planning Office: • Removal Of The Floor Structure • Partial Demolition Of A Ceiling Area • Dismantling And Restoring The Greenery In The Underground Car Park • Sealing The Underground Car Park From Above • Provide Emergency Support For Concrete Removal According To Static Information • If Necessary, Large Areas Of Concrete Removal (5 Cm) Of The Topping Concrete • Add Topping Concrete • Concrete Removal From The Column And Wall Base • Reprofiling Of The Column And Wall Base With Shotcrete • Renovation Of Damaged Areas According To Rili-Sib • Creation Of A Seal Made Of Welding Track Including Wall Connection • Installation Of Mastic Asphalt • Surface Treatment Concrete Surfaces Above 50 Cm Are The Subject Of The Specialist Planning Service To Be Commissioned Heavy Current, Low Current And Building Automation Specialist Planning, Section 2, Technical Equipment, In Accordance With § 54 Hoai 2021, Lph 1-9, Fee Zone Ii - High-Voltage Systems - Low-Voltage Systems (Telecommunications And It Systems) - Building Automation
