Duties Of The Winning Bidder: It Is Located Within The Administrative Area Of Gymjv, In Public Areas With Different Classifications Active Elements Of Working Public Lighting Equipment, As Well As Christmas Decorative Lighting, Also The Proper Operation Of Traffic Engineering Equipment, And 2024. Starting From 2024, The Installation And Dismantling Of Christmas Decorations, Operation And Storage Starting From 01.06. A) Call Center: Error Notification Center (Technical It Solution According To Description (Software And Hardware), Technical Equipment And Human Resources) Provision And Operation Every Day From 0 To 24 Hours: O Electronic Contact (Independent Internet Connection And Reserved For Receiving Error Reports E-Mail Address), O Receiving Telephone Announcements (Personal Reception Of Incoming Calls; One Mobile And One Free-To-Call (Toll-Free Number) Phone Numbers, Fax Numbers), O Receiving Printed Written Notifications: Correspondence Within The Administrative Area Of Gymjv At An Address That Cannot Be A Post Office Box, O Receiving Personal Notifications: Gymjv Public Administration Within Its Territory At A Personal Error Reporting Point. B) In The Administrative Area Of Gymjv Public Lighting Equipment Located Inside, Operating In Public Areas Of Different Classifications Of Its Active Elements, As Well As Christmas Decorative Lighting And Traffic Engineering Systems Proper Operation, Operation, Maintenance And Troubleshooting: A) Technical Task Management; B) Technical Tasks As Detailed In The Technical Description (Checks, Maintenance, Troubleshooting): O Cruise Repairs; O Life And/Or Immediate Elimination Of Errors Threatening Asset Security: The Prescribed Or -In Certain Cases- Within The Deadline Agreed By The Tenderer. C) About Tasks On A Regular Basis, Or Preparation And Provision Of Ad Hoc Statements; D) Public Lighting Operation In The Case Of Certain, Detailed In The Technical Description, Delimited And In The Future In Operational Areas To Be Developed, To The Conditions Specified In The Technical Description Appropriate Operation Of Controlled Public Lighting, The System Required For Its Operation Provision And Operation. C) To Perform The Duties Of The Winning Tenderer, At Least The Following Staff (Minimum 11 People) Must Be Provided: A) Call Center Customer Service Minimum Of 4 People For Its Operation, Of Which 1 Person Is A Call Center Manager. B) 1 Person - The Employee To Classify Notifications, Set Priorities, And Possibly Order Clarification, Provided By The Winning Bidder - Engineer; C) The Arising Installation/Repair 6 People With Fam Authorization To Perform Activities, In The Technical Description A Pair Of Mechanics With Fixed Equipment. D) The Task Of The Successful Tenderer Consists Of Public Lighting Issued By The Hungarian Energy And Public Utilities Regulatory Office Obtaining An Operating License, In Addition To Bearing The Relevant Costs. E) Winner The Bidder Is Obliged To Store In Return For The Consideration According To The Bid Price Sub-Criteria 1.4). From June 1, 2024, He Is Charged With The Chattels Specified In The Technical Description Regarding. The Tenderer Concludes A Separate Agreement With The Winning Tenderer For This Task. Traffic Technology Devices: - Traffic Control Signal Lights Junction: 22 Pcs - Timer Lights: 6 Pcs - Yellow Flashing Light Indicating A Dangerous Place Lights: 30 Pcs - Junctions With Individual Traffic Lights: 13 Pcs - Pedestrian Access Control System: 19 Pcs It Is Determined When The Budget For The Given Year Is Adopted The Exact Amount Of The Available Budget, Which Is Expected To Be Huf 650 Million Net Per Year. Requester, In The Given Year Until The Orders Are Exhausted In The Given Year Available Financial Support, Is Entitled To Issue An Order. The Present Procedure From The Conclusion Of The Resulting Contract In Point Ii.2.7) Of This Invitation It Is Created For A Prescribed Period (36 Months) Or For Issuing Individual Orders It Can Take Place Up To The Amount Available To The Tenderer. The Net Is Soliciting Bids Undertakes A Withdrawal Obligation Of Up To 70% Of The Framework Amount During The Duration Of The Contract. Winning Bidder For The Reason That The Full Amount Will Not Be Drawn, No Can Make A Claim For Compensation.
