The Investment Includes The Adaptation And Reconstruction Of The Ground Floor Of The Building With Adaptation To A Nursery, Including The Construction Of Emergency Exits Through The Designed External Stairs With Hardening Of The Access To The Sidewalk, Reconstruction Of The Existing Sidewalk With Access To The Main Entrance, Lighting The Sidewalk With Lamps, Tidying Up The Greenery On The Plot Around The Building By Trimming And Shaping Existing Trees And Bushes Or Possible Felling.
