The Community Center Building Was Designed As A Detached Building, Without A Basement, One-Story And Made Of Brick Technology. The Roof Of The Building Will Be Covered With Metal Tiles. The Building Is Planned To Include: A Meeting And Feast Room, Kitchen Facilities, A Social Room, Sanitary Facilities - Mens And Womens Toilets With A Toilet For People With Disabilities, Staff Toilets, A Hall, A Vestibule, A Boiler Room And A Cleaning Room. The Total Usable Area Of ​​The Building Will Be Approximately 104 M2. The Facility Will Be Adapted To The Needs Of Disabled People. The Scope Of The Investment Includes: Installation, Water And Sewage Works, Construction Works In The Field Of Construction Of Waterworks And Pipelines For Sewage Disposal, Installation Of Heating, Ventilation And Air-Conditioning Devices, Power Installations And Construction Works, Including, Among Others . Earthworks, Insulation Works, Structural Elements, Roof Covering, Drainage, Construction Of Load-Bearing And Partition Walls, Internal Plasters, Substrates And Floors, Joinery, Facade, Driveway For People With Disabilities. It Is Also Planned To Provide Hardened Surfaces Enabling Access To And From The Building, As Well As The Construction Of Above-Ground Parking Spaces, Including One For People With Disabilities.
