Additionally, At The Request And With The Cooperation Of The Employer, The Contractor Will Have To Analyze And Improve Incorrectly Operating Traffic Light Programs And Existing Coordination Routes Operating In The Scats System, Along With Program Analysis.4) The Contractor Will Ensure, In Accordance With The Deadlines Indicated In The Offer, The Removal Of Failures And Lack Of Communication Of Actuators Field Services From The Traffic Control And Video Monitoring Center In The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order.5) Providing A Telephone Consultation Service Regarding The Maintenance And Configuration Of The System For Employees Of The Traffic Control And Video Monitoring Center In Wałbrzych. The Contractor Will Provide Technical Assistance, Understood As Substantive Consultations In The Field Of Operation, Testing And Configuration Of Its System Devices And Software, Including Support In Individual Adjustment Of The Work Environment And Additional Implementation Works.6) Inspection Of The Central Part Of The Its Wałbrzych System In Terms Of Correct Operation Of Devices And Software Errors At Least Once Every Six Months. Preparing An Inspection Report Within 14 Days Of The Inspection.7) Ongoing Maintenance Of Its Devices - Tip Signs (Parking Information Boards) And Video Detection Cameras In Parking Lots Equipped With Them. Carrying Out A General External Visual Inspection Once A Month (Damage, Diodes, Housing, Front Plate, Seals, Dust, Supporting Structure). The Contractor Should Prepare A Report And Assessment Of The Technical Condition From The Inspection - This Report With Assessment Should Be Submitted To The Ordering Party Within 3 Days From The Date Of Its Execution. Washing The Display Surface And The Back Of The Signs - At Least Once Every 6 Months. Washing Dates Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party.
