Tenders are invited for Restoration of Function for the Sulfur Pelletizing Unit at Gpp-1 Pd of Block "A" at Bagtyyarlyk Treaty Area, Lebap Province, Turkmenistan. Any company interested in this tender can apply to participate in the tender. The application for participation in the tender must include the following documents and information: · Application for participation in the tender. · Information about the company, including accumulated experience, main activities/business activities, legal form, information about the registration and licenses of the company; · Companys financial condition for the last 3 years and certified financial statements for the last 3 years. · Provide information on similar past projects (including, but not limited to, devices, automatic control systems, pelletizing systems, and electrical control systems related to pelletizing) within the last 3 years. · Provide appropriate construction permits related to the category of installation of industrial metal pipelines for this project (technical pipelines for this project are pipelines transporting flammable, explosive liquid medium, design pressure P4.0 MPa). · The bidder shall have at least the following working personnel approved by professional organizations to perform welding, radiographic and ultrasonic work: specialists in the commissioning of electrical and instrumentation equipment. · Bidders main construction equipment shall be its own equipment, and it shall have at least the following equipment: welding equipment, lifting equipment, electrical debugging equipment, etc. · Certificate of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan for local companies Prequalification documents of interested companies must be submitted in book binding, in a hermetically sealed envelope, stamped and accompanied by a cover letter. (in the amount of 2 copies and a scanned version of the document must be enclosed). The name of the addressee, sender, number and name of the tender must be indicated on the envelope.
