1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Construction Of Two Photovoltaic Shelters Located Above The Existing Parking Spaces At Ul. Warszawska In Gliwice (Plot No.: 119, 120, 105/1, 105/2, 104/3, Zator District) Along With Internal Electrical Installation For The Existing Building In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Building Permit.2. Scope Of The Order: 2.1 Task No. 1: A) Construction Of Two Steel Shelters With An Integrated Photovoltaic Installation Constituting Their Direct Roofing, Located Above The Existing Parking Spaces, Including Lighting Of The Shelters And The External Area, Monitoring Installation, Marking Of Parking Spaces, Overvoltage Of The Existing Barrier To The Newly Designed Power Supply , Internal Electrical Installation For Connection To The Existing Building, Along With Commissioning And Reporting The Completed Installation To The Network Operator. In Addition, The Contractor Will Perform Tests And Technological Commissioning Of The Photovoltaic Installation, As Well As Train Employees In The Proper Operation Of The Installation And Prepare As-Built Documentation In Paper And Electronic Versions In Two Copies. B) Insurance By The Contractor For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party Of The Photovoltaic Shelters Along With The Accompanying Infrastructure Against All Risks For A Period Of 2 Years From The Date Of Final Acceptance And Commissioning Of The Installation. 2.2 Task No. 2: Performing Regular Servicing And Maintenance Services For The Completed Photovoltaic Installation Aimed At Maintaining The Warranty Conditions For The Installed Devices And Resulting From The Requirements Of A Given Manufacturer, As Well As For The Proper Operation Of The Installation Throughout The Warranty And Warranty Period I.E. 60 Months Counted From The Date Of Completion Of The Investment And The Protocol Acceptance Of The Works. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Keep A Book Of Performed Service Inspections And To Each Time Report To The Ordering Party The Fact Of Performed Service And Maintenance Works, As Well As To Obtain Confirmation Of Their Implementation By The Ordering Party. The Scope Of The Above Works Also Includes Cleaning The Panels As Needed - At Least Once A Year. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Detailed Conditions And Rules For The Execution Of The Order Are Set Out In The Technical Documentation - Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Designed Contractual Provisions. The Material Scope Of The Investment Also Includes All Other Works Construction And Installation Works That Were Not Specified In The Bill Of Quantities And Were Not Described In The Designed Contractual Provisions, Design Documentation Or Stwiorb, But Are Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract
