1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, On The Terms Specified In The Contract: 1) Plastic Anchors Fi 27Mm, Length 10M - 520 Pieces, 2) Standard Nuts For Anchors Fi 27 Mm - 1080 Pieces, 3) Standard Washers For Anchors Fi 27 Mm – 1080 Pieces. 2. Plastic Anchors Used As Elements Of The Lining Of Mining Workings, And Mainly Chamber Workings, Should Meet The Following Requirements: A) The Anchor Rod Should Have A Tensile Strength Of Not Less Than 350.0 Mpa And Ensure The Load-Bearing Capacity Of The Anchor Not Less Than 100.0 Kn For Anchor, B) Anchor Elements Such As: Nuts, Washers, Mounting And Supporting Brackets Should Transfer A Force Of Not Less Than 30.0 Kn. 3. Delivery Terms. 3.1. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Undertakes To Sell And Deliver The Subject Of The Order Successively During The Duration Of The Contract, In Batches (Maximum 14 Batches), Within 14 Business Days. Counting From The Date Of Placing The Order By The Ordering Party. 3.2. The Number And Type Of Elements Of The Subject Of The Order That Will Be Sold And Delivered In One Batch Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party And Will Be Specified In The Order Referred To In Point 3.1. 3.3. The Ordering Party Will Submit Orders To The Contractor By E-Mail. 3.4. The Contractor Will Notify The Ordering Party About The Preparation Of The Ordered Delivery By Phone Or E-Mail, No Later Than One Business Day Before The Required Delivery Date. 3.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order At Its Own Expense And On Its Own. 3.6. Each Delivery Of Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Should Be Accompanied By: A) A Declaration Of Conformity, B) Proof Of Product Release (Wz) Or A Vat Invoice.
