The Ordering Party Has The Right, Independently Or Through Other Authorized Persons, At Any Time During The Execution Of The Order, To Control The Manner Of Execution Of The Order By The Contractor To The Extent Described In Section 1 Above. As Part Of Its Control Rights, The Ordering Party Has The Right, In Particular, To: 1) Request The Contractor To Provide Written Explanations On Matters Relating To The Employment Of Employees In The Performance Of The Activities Described In Section 1 Above, 2) Request The Contractor To Present Documents Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Obligations Described In Section 1 Above,3) Accept From Persons Participating In The Activities Described In Section 1 Above Statement Regarding The Fact And Basis Of Their Employment. 4. Reasons For Not Dividing The Order Into Lots: Due To The Specific Nature Of The Subject Matter Of The Order, Dividing The Order Into Parts Would Be Irrational And Could Result In An Increase In Its Costs. The Lack Of Division Into Parts Does Not Violate The Principle Of Competition. Moreover, The Value Of The Order Is Lower Than The So-Called Eu Thresholds That Oblige To Implement Eu Directives. Directive 2014/24/Eu States In Recital 78 That, In Order To Increase Competition, Contracting Authorities Should In Particular Be Encouraged To Divide Large Contracts Into Lots. The Contract In Question Is Not A Large Contract Within The Meaning Of Recital 78 Of The Above-Mentioned Eu Directive (The Directives Apply From The So-Called Eu Thresholds, And The Directive Uses The Concept Of A Large Contract In The Context Of Contracts Subject To The Directive - I.E. Contracts With A Value Significantly Exceeding The So-Called Eu Thresholds). 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Possibility Of Awarding Single-Source Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 And 8 Of The Act.8. The Ordering Party Will Not Select The Most Advantageous Offer Using An Electronic Auction.9. The Ordering Party Does Not Require Submitting An Offer In The Form Of Electronic Catalogs Or Attaching Electronic Catalogues.
