The Order In Question Includes Removing All Items From The Premises And The Basement Attached To The Premises, Loading Them Into A Car, Transporting And Unloading Them And Depositing Them At A Recovery, Disposal Or Recycling Site Or Another Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Also Reserves The Right To Order The Removal Of Waste And Unusual Items (Rubble, Ceramic Elements, Scrap, Wooden And Plastic Elements, Glass, Roofing Felt, Insulating Materials, Soil, Furniture, Etc.) Collected In Other Parts Of Buildings, I.E. Attics, Basement Corridors. Etc. As Indicated By Him. The Contractor Undertakes To Transport Items And Waste To The Place Of Recovery, Disposal And Recycling In Accordance With The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities /Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1297, As Amended/, The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 699) And Resolution No. Lxxxiii/2359/22 Of The Krakow City Council Of April 27, 2022. Regarding The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Municipality Of Kraków. The Contractors Obligations Also Include: 1. Cleaning Up And Taking Away Waste Spilled While Emptying The Indicated Premises, Rooms And Places Indicated By The Ordering Party.2. Cleaning The Common Parts Of The Building (Staircase, Yard) To The Extent They Were Dirty In Connection With The Performance Of Activities Commissioned Under The Contract.3. Repair Of Damage Caused During The Performance Of Activities Commissioned Under The Contract. In The Event Of Non-Performance Or Improper Performance By The Contractor Of The Above Obligations Or In The Event Of Failure To Meet The Deadline Set By The Ordering Party Pursuant To § 4 Section 1 And 2 Of The Contract, The Ordering Party May (Regardless Of Other Rights Provided For In The Contract) - After Notifying The Contractor In Writing (Information In Electronic Form Is Permitted) - Commission The Performance Of These Activities To Another Entity And Charge The Contractor With The Costs (Deductions For This May Be Made From Any Receivable Of The Contractor). If It Is Necessary To Perform Several (Orders) Removals From Different Locations (Evictions) Simultaneously (On The Same Day), The Contractor Will Have The Necessary Number Of Employees And Equipment. Services Under The Contract Will Be Provided Within The Municipality Of Krakow And In Places No More Than 20 Km Away. Km From The Borders Of The Municipality Of Kraków. In The Period From January 2023 To November 30, 2023, Approximately 9,200 M3 Of Movable Property Was Removed From Vacant Buildings And From Places Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Informs That The Above-Mentioned Period, The Contractor Has Repeatedly Carried Out More Than One Order In One Day. Each Team (Car Crew) Should Consist Of At Least 2 People.
