The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of: A) Providing Homeless Animals With A Place In An Animal Shelter And Catching Homeless Animals From The Golesz w Commune, In Particular Their Transport To An Animal Shelter And Keeping Them In This Shelter, Feeding, Veterinary Treatment, Electronic Marking, As Well As For Their Obligatory Sterilization Or Castration Only By A Veterinarian, With The Exception Of Animals In Which There Are Contraindications To Performing These Procedures Due To Their Health Condition Or Age. Animals Staying In The Shelter, For Which The Owner Could Not Be Identified, After 14 Days From The Date On Which They Were Placed In The Shelter, Are Electronically Tagged, Sterilized Or Castrated And Put Up For Adoption. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Services Using Specialized Transport Vehicles, Specialized Equipment For Catching Animals With Appropriate Certificates, And To Provide Animals With Veterinary Assistance. The Service Should Be Performed Immediately - No Later Than ... Hours (In Accordance With The Contractors Offer), And In The Case Of Injured Animals (Including As A Result Of Road Accidents), Sick Animals Constituting A Threat To Public Safety Due To Aggressiveness, Immediately Within 1 Hour Of Each Notification. By The Police Or An Employee Of The Golesz w Commune Office At Any Time Of The Day Or Night; B) Euthanizing Blind Litters From The Golesz w Commune Area. As Part Of The Service, The Contractor Undertakes To Collect Blind Litters And Euthanize Them By A Veterinarian In Accordance With The Principles Specified In Separate Regulations. The Service Should Be Performed No Later Than Within ... Hours (According To The Contractors Offer) From Each Notification By The Police Or An Employee Of The Golesz w Commune Office; C) Trapping, Treatment And Sterilization Or Castration Of Sick Free-Living Cats That Return To Their Place Of Residence - Each Time Upon Notification By The Police Or An Employee Of The Golesz w Commune Office; D) Trapping And Sterilizing Or Castrating Adult Free-Living Cats That Return To Their Place Of Residence - Each Time Upon Notification By The Police Or An Employee Of The Golesz w Commune Office; E) Ensuring 24-Hour Veterinary Care In Cases Of Road Accidents Involving Animals. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Services Using Specialized Transport Vehicles With Appropriate Certificates. The Service Should Be Performed No Later Than Within 1 Hour Of Each Incident Being Reported By The Police Or An Employee Of The Golesz w Commune Office At Any Time Of The Day Or Night; F) Collection, Transport And Disposal Of Carcasses Of Stray Animals From The Golesz w Commune And Wild Animals Or Their Parts From The Area Owned By The Golesz w Commune, Including Public Roads. The Service Should Be Performed No Later Than Within ... Hours (According To The Contractors Offer) From Each Notification By The Police Or An Employee Of The Golesz w Commune Office; G) Searching For New Owners For Homeless Animals (Adoptions); H) Keeping Records Of Animals Admitted To The Shelter From The Commune Area Golesz w And A List Of Services Provided;I) Immediate (Up To 7 Days From The Date Of Admission) Forwarding Information About Animals Admitted To The Shelter (Along With Their Photo) To The Following Address: Ros@Goleszow.Pl. Part No. 1 The Basic Scope Of The Service Includes: A) Providing Homeless Animals With A Place In A Shelter (Monthly Lump Sum), Excluding Cats; B) Catching Homeless Animals, Excluding Cats (Including Mother With Cubs - Female With Puppies, Treated As A Set Of 1 Pc.) ;C) Mandatory Sterilization Of Animals In The Shelter (After 14 Days From Being Placed In The Shelter); D) Obligatory Castration Of Animals In The Shelter (After 14 Days From Being Placed In The Shelter); E) Marking Of Animals In The Shelter (After 14 Days From Being Placed In The Shelter) ;F) Collection, Transport And Disposal Of Corpses Of Homeless People And Wild Animals Or Their Parts - Small Animals (Other Than Large Animals); G) Collection, Transport And Disposal Of Corpses Of Homeless People And Wild Animals Or Their Parts - Large Animals (E.G. Roe Deer, Wild Boar, Deer, Wolf);H) Providing 24-Hour Veterinary Care In The Event Of Road Incidents Involving Animals - Small Animals (Other Than Large);I) Providing 24-Hour Veterinary Care In The Event Of Road Incidents Involving Animals - Large Animals (E.G. Roe Deer, Wild Boar, Deer, Wolf);J) Euthanasia, Transport, Disposal Of Animal Carcasses In The Case Of Road Accidents Involving Animals - If A Veterinarian Decides That Their Treatment Is Not Possible;K) Providing 24-Hour Veterinary Care In The Event Of Road Accidents Involving Animals Involving Animals - Small Animals (Other Than Large);L) Putting Down Blind Litters (Excluding Cats);M) Finding Owners For Homeless Animals (Year-Round Lump Sum).
