Part I 1. Preparation Of 60 Appraisal Reports Determining The Value Of Residential Premises, 3 Appraisal Reports Determining The Value Of Commercial Premises, 3 Appraisal Reports Determining The Value Of Garages - Owned Or Co-Owned By The Lublin Commune, Along With A Simplified Inventory Or Supplementation Of The Inventory Held By The Ordering Party, Located In The City Lublin – For Sale, Exchange Or Donation. 2. Appraisal Reports Referred To In Point 1, Should Contain Information On The Value Of The Residential Premises/Commercial Premises/Garage And The Fractional Value Of The Part Of The Land Belonging To The Residential Premises/Commercial Premises/Garage. 3. A Measurement Sketch Made As Part Of The Inventory Should Include The Dimensions Of The Residential Premises/Commercial Premises/Garage With Indication Of The Functions Of The Rooms, Surfaces, Marking Of Window And Door Openings As Well As The Distinction Between The Thickness Of Load-Bearing And Partition Walls And Other Elements That Influence The Determination Of The Independence Of The Residential Premises. /Commercial Premises/Garage. 4. If The Floor Plan Of The Residential Premises/Commercial Premises/Garage Provided To The Appraiser From The Inventory Does Not Have The Elements Referred To In Point 3, It Should Be Completed By Measuring Them And Drawing Them On The Sketch Of The Residential Premises/Commercial Premises/Garage. 5. Appraisal Reports Referred To In Point 1, Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Quality Requirements Resulting From: 1) The Provisions Of The Act Of August 21, 1997 On Real Estate Management (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 344, As Amended), And In Particular Art. 175 Section 1, Pursuant To Which A Property Appraiser Is Obliged To Perform Activities In Accordance With The Principles Arising From Legal Provisions, With Particular Care Appropriate To The Professional Nature Of These Activities And With The Principles Of Professional Ethics, Guided By The Principle Of Impartiality In Real Estate Valuation, 2) The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of September 5, 2023 On The Valuation Of Real Estate (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1832). 6. Each Appraisal Report Will Be Prepared In A Paper Version In One Copy For The Ordering Party.
