The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Procedure Is To Select Financial Intermediaries For The Implementation Of The Financial Instrument Entrepreneurship Fund, Within Which 3 Funds Will Be Implemented: Early Stage Entrepreneurship Fund, Entrepreneurship Risk Capital Fund And Entrepreneurship Growth Fund. The Financial Intermediary Should Prepare And Carry Out Actions To Establish An Alternative Investment Fund (Aif) In A Jurisdiction Of Its Choice, In Which Investors, Including Fmfib, Will Deposit An Amount To Be Invested Through Eligible Instruments In Eligible Final Recipients. An Integral Part Of The Service Is The Implementation And Management Of The Funds Investment Activity. The Fund Should Be Managed On A Commercial Basis And Strive To Maximize The Financial Result For Its Investors.
