Expression of Interest are invited for Carrying out Technical Assistance Studies Relating to the Introduction of the Establishment Projects Approach, Establishment of a Community of Educational Practices Group (Cope) The services expected from the consultant include: An analysis of the current mode of operation of establishments; A model of optimal administrative and educational organization of the establishment based on the establishment project; Training modules intended for the different components of the educational community on the establishment project; Monitoring methods and tools for the execution and evaluation of establishment projects; Definition and validation of equipment and consumables requirements; The contents of the experimental programs are adapted to the needs for consumables. The estimated start date of the mission is the beginning of February 2024 for a completion period estimated at 2 expert-months, and the total duration of the mission is of 4 months.
