Building And Facilities Management Services - A07.141.2023 Social, Technical And Facility Management Of Reception Locations For Ukrainians. The Municipality Of Leiden Offers Shelter To 600 Ukrainian Displaced Persons, Who Are Spread Across A Number Of Locations Live In Leiden. The Municipality Of Leiden Is Looking For A Partner For These Buildings Who Takes Care Of The Daily Technical, Social And Facility Management, Allowing A Pleasant And Safe Living Environment Is Created. The Work (Monday To With Friday) Consists Of Approximately 40% Technical Management, 40% Facility Management And 10% From Social Management And 10% From Administrative Handling. For A More Detailed One Description Of The Work, Please Refer To Appendix 5 Work Description. Estimated Value Per Year Is 2,080 Hours. Maximum Value Based On 4 Years Is 10,000 Hours.
