Request for proposals are invited for Digital Transformation for SMEs & Handicraft and Industry Registration and Licensing Services The scope of work falls under Stage-1 has the following objectives: 1. Develop the MISTI Public Service Portal: 2. Design and build the MISTI Single Identification System: 3. Renovate and expand SMEHES: 4. Develop the Industry Establishment Service (IES): 5. Develop the Certificate of Operation on SME & Handicraft Service (COSMEH): 6. Develop the Troubleshooting and Heartbeat system: 3.2 Key Tasks and Activities The selected consulting firm is expected to perform the following key tasks and activities adhering to the above key objectives. Task 1: Design and develop the web portal of MISTI Public Service Portal platform. Task 2: Design and develop the web portal of MISTI Single Identification System platform Task 3.1: Review the current SMEs and Handicraft Establishment Service platform. Task 3.2: Renovate the SMEs & Handicraft Establishment Service platform Task 3.3: Develop the web portal and mobile app (IOS & Android) for Back Office Review Process Task 4.1: Develop the web portal of Industry Establishment Service platform on license application. Task 4.2: Develop the web portal and mobile app (IOS & Android) of Industry Establishment Service platform for Back Office Review Process.
