The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is: Delivery Of Equipment For The Needs Of The Ministry Of Health (Moh) With The Following Specific Positions: Separate Item 1: Delivery And Installation Of Tablets For The Needs Of The Ministry Of Health (Moh); Separate Item 2: Supply Of Color Printers And Consumables For Laboratories For The Needs Of The Ministry Of Health (Moh). According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Award Individual Items In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Individual Item Does Not Exceed Bgn 156,464 For Supplies And Services And The Total Estimated Value Of The Individual Items , Awarded In This Way, Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. In These Cases, Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded In The Order Applicable To The Total Value Of The Order. Separate Position No. 2 Will Be Awarded In Order For Its Respective Individual Value In Connection With Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop - Through The Method Of Collecting Bids With An Advertisement On The Basis Of Art. 20, Para. 3, Item 2 Of The Civil Code. No Bids Should Be Submitted For This Specific Position!
