Part I Of The Subject Of The Order: Preparation And Delivery Of Breakfasts And Lunches With Afternoon Snacks For 39 Children Aged 3-6, Attending Kindergartens At The Primary School. T. Kościuszki In Goszyce.A) The Size Of The Subject Of The Order During The Duration Of The Contract Is Approximately 208 Days (Estimated Number Of Days On Which Kindergarten Classes Are Held) X 39 = 8112 Full Daily Meals;B) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order (Depending On Childrens Attendance);C) Meals Will Be Served In The Kindergarten Departments Own Dishes;D) Meals Must Meet The Nutritional Requirements Recommended By The Institute Of Mother And Child For Preschool Children Aged 3 To 6 Years And The Institute Of Food And Nutrition. 2. Part Ii Of The Subject Of The Order: Preparation And Delivery Of Lunches With Afternoon Tea For Approximately 20 School-Age Children Attending The Primary School. T. Kościuszki In Goszyce. A) The Size Of The Subject Of The Order During The Duration Of The Contract Is Approximately 178 Days (Estimated Number Of Days On Which School Classes Are Held) X 20 = 3,560 Lunches With Afternoon Tea; B) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of The Subject Orders (Depending On Childrens Attendance); C) Meals Will Be Delivered And Served In Disposable Containers. Iii. Requirements 1. Breakfasts Will Be Delivered From Monday To Friday From 8:30 To 9:00, Lunches Will Be Delivered From Monday To Friday From 11:30 To 12:15.2. The Services Falling Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Provided On All Working Days Of Kindergarten Classes And The School, Except For Holidays, Summer Breaks And Other Days Off, About Which The School Principal Will Inform The Contractor.3. Meals Must Be Varied And Prepared Using The Highest Quality Products In Accordance With Haccp Standards. Meals Must Meet The Nutritional Requirements Recommended By The Institute Of Mother And Child For Preschool Children, Cannot Be Prepared From Semi-Finished Products And Comply With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of July 26, 2016 (Journal Of Laws 2016.1154 Of 2016/08/01) On Groups. Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In The Educational System Units And The Requirements That Must Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of The Collective Nutrition Of Children And Adolescents In These Units. These Requirements Specify, Among Others, That The Meals Included In The Menu (Breakfast, Lunch) Must Be Diversified In Terms Of The Use Of Food From Different Groups And Should Include In Particular: Cereal Products Or Potatoes, Vegetables Or Fruit, Milk Or Dairy Products, Meat, Fish, Eggs, Nuts, Legumes And Other Seeds And Fats. Soups, Sauces And Dishes Are To Be Prepared From Natural Ingredients, Without The Use Of Food Concentrates, Excluding Concentrates From Natural Ingredients. The Weekly Menu Should Contain No More Than Two Portions Of Fried Food, And Refined Vegetable Oil With A Monounsaturated Acid Content Of More Than 50% And Polyunsaturated Acid Content Less Than 40% Should Be Used For Frying.4. Meals Must Be Of High Quality In Terms Of Nutritional Value, Weight And Aesthetics, And Take Into Account Polish Culinary Traditions.5. The Contractor Ensures That Meals Are Provided In A Proper Condition (Hot, Fresh, Tasty And Aesthetic) And Properly Selected For The Age Of The Children.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Nutritional Diets Depending On The Individual Needs Of Children, In Accordance With The Guidelines Received From The Ordering Party.7. The Menu Will Be Prepared By The Contractor For A Period Of 10 Days And Will Contain Such Information As: Dish, Nutritional Value, Weight, Allergens And Delivered To The Ordering Party For Prior Approval And Sent Electronically To The Schools E-Mail.8. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Collect And Store Samples Of All Dishes Included In Each Meal In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of April 17, 2007 On The Collection And Storage Of Food Samples By Closed Catering Establishments (Journal Of Laws 2007.80.545). 9. The Contractor Will Deliver Meals Using Its Own Transport In Specialized Thermos Flasks To Ensure That The Appropriate Temperature And Quality Of The Imported Dishes Are Maintained. The Means Of Transport Must Be Approved By The Decision Of The Competent Sanitary Inspector For The Transport Of Meals For The Purposes Of Collective Feeding Of Children. In The Event Of A Breakdown Or Other Unforeseen Events, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Meals Of No Worse Quality At His Own Expense From Other Sources.10. The Contractor Will Ensure The Collection Of Used Disposable Containers And The Washing And Disinfection Of Thermoses And Packaging In Which Meals Will Be Delivered In Its Own Premises, In Accordance With Sanitary And Microbiological Rules And Regulations And Haccp Standards.
