The Subject Of The Order Is The Acceptance Of Leachate Water (Industrial Sewage) From A Closed Landfill For Non-Hazardous And Neutral Waste In The Sierak w Commune For Treatment In A Sewage Treatment Plant. Police.2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv)90420000-7 Wastewater Treatment Services.3. The Maximum Annual Amount Of Leachate Water To Be Accepted And Treated Is 13,000 M3.4. The Ordering Party Will Deliver The Leachate Water In Its Own Cars With Septic Tanks With A Capacity Of 10 M3 - 15 M3. If Leachate Is Delivered By Another Entitys Vehicles, The Contractor Will Receive An Appropriate Written Declaration From The Ordering Party Of Consent To Perform This Activity On Its Behalf. If The Subject Of The Order Is Implemented To An Extent Less Than The Expected Maximum Amount Of Leachate, The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims.6. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order With The Utmost Care Required From An Entity Professionally Providing This Type Of Services, On The Basis Of Ensuring The Highest Quality Of Work, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law, As Well As The Swz And The Offer, Which Will Constitute An Integral Part Of The Contract.
