Collection And Management Of Mixed And Selectively Collected Municipal Waste From All Residential Properties Where Municipal Waste Is Generated In The Słaboszów Commune. The Indicated Properties Are Inhabited By 3,016 Inhabitants. The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect And Manage The Following Waste Fractions: 1) Mixed Municipal Waste; 2) Types Of Municipal Waste Collected From Real Estate: A) Paper And Cardboard, Metal, Plastics, Glass, B) Paper And Cardboard, Metal, Plastic, Glass And Multi-Material Packaging, C) Biodegradable Waste, Including Biodegradable Packaging Waste And Green Waste, D) Used Electrical And Electronic Equipment, E) Furniture And Other Large-Sized Waste, F) Used Tires, Car, Bicycle And Motorcycle Tires Not Originating From Business Or Agricultural Activities G) Clothing And Textiles3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect All Municipal Waste Generated On All Properties Where Municipal Waste Is Generated In The Słaboszów Commune.4) Collection Of Municipal Waste Will Include The Following Activities: A) Loading And Collection Of Waste; B) Inspection Of The Contents Of Containers And Bags For Mixed Municipal Waste And Bags For Waste Collected Selectively, In Accordance With The Principles Specified In The Contract And The Applicable Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Słaboszów Communec) Waste Transport, Which Must Be Carried Out Using Vehicles Equipped With A Gps Monitoring System Meeting All The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment On Detailed Requirements In Regarding The Collection Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners Of January 11, 2013 (Journal Of Laws Of 2013, Item 122) And Also Meet The Technical Requirements For This Type Of Vehicles.
