The Products Can Be In Finnish, Swedish Or Other Languages. Tiera And The City Of Helsinki Tender The Purchase As A Procurement Ring So That Tiera Prepares It With The Supplier Own Framework Agreement On The Procurement Channel For Learning Materials. The City Of Helsinki Prepares Own Separate Procurement Contract With The Selected Supplier. Reporter And Tieran Customers Agree On A Separate Subscription Agreement Based On The Framework Agreement About The Use Of The Service. The Tenderer Who Won The Competition Will Prepare Separate Ones If Necessary Agreements With Product Suppliers And Other Subcontractors.
