Expression of Interest are invited for Agriculture - Skills Development Pilot to Women in Seven Governorates in Iraq. The World Bank is seeking to pilot an activity leveraging training on agricultural practices, and market connectivity. Capacity building is not the key objective of this pilot but rather to assess the impact on womens ability to increase income generation with the aim of scaling up by the government if this approach proves its intended impact. The assessment will focus on the trainees self-confidence and ability to generate income through the pilot in seven governorates (Thi Qar, Mosul, Al Dewanya, Salahaddin, Al Anbar, Al Muthana, and Duhok), through a random control group.
