Waste From Cleaning Streets, Squares, Sidewalks And Parking Lots Will Be Handled In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard. Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended), The Contractor Becomes The Owner Of The Waste And Pollutants Collected During The Execution Of The Above-Mentioned Scope Of Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To To Cover The Costs Related To The Transport And Management Of Collected Municipal Waste From The Areas Covered By The Subject Of The Order. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Submit Waste Transfer Cards Or Invoices Or Other Documents Confirming The Transfer Of Waste For Recovery Or Disposal. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Implementation Of The Order In Question Are Also Specified In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 12 Of Swz.2. The Order In Question Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And The Conditions Contained In Swz.3.
