The Municipality Primarily Wants To Improve Services To Residents, Companies And Chain Partners By Working More Efficiently And Reducing The Number Of Applications. The Most Important Principles Here Are Information Security, User-Friendliness, Use Of 1 Source, Simple Management, Uniform Working Methods, Compliance With Legislation And Regulations. For This Reason, The Municipality Is Looking For A Supplier Who Can Deliver One Application For Control And Process Modeling And Which Also Provides Integrated Audit And Risk Management Functionalities. The Scope Of The Assignment Includes The Delivery And Implementation Of 1 (One) Application To Support The Desired Situation As Described In Paragraph 2.2 Of The Descriptive Document. • The Organization Consists Of: A. 1000 Employees B. 50 Professional Teams C. 10 Employees Control • The Assignment Must Meet The Requirements Described In Appendix 3 Program Of Requirements And The Applicable Laws And Regulations. • The Application Must Be Delivered As A Saas Application, With The Client Expecting The Supplier To Carry Out Further Development And Technical Management. The Functional Management Is Delegated To The Client. • Training Will Also Be Provided By The Supplier As Part Of The Assignment. • A Service Level Agreement Is Part Of The Assignment. This Also Includes An Exit Strategy. • The Implementation Is Carried Out On The Basis Of An Implementation Plan Drawn Up By The Supplier. • The End Date Of The Implementation Is January 1, 2025.
