Procurement Includes The Purchase Of White Goods (Products For Household/Normal Use, Semi-Professional Products As Well As Professional Products), Household Appliances (Small Electronics) And Accessories Services. Associated Services Refer To The Replacement Of Existing White Goods, Where Applicable Case New Installation Of Appliances As Well As Service And Repairs During The Warranty Period. The Assignment Includes, For Example, Unpacking/Unpacking, Complete Assembly, Installation, Disassembly/Disassembly And Removal Of Existing Equipment/Products, Suspension In The Event Of A Fault Report As Well As Training And Advice For The Products Covered By The Framework Agreement. Service And Repairs Must Also Be Provided On The Municipalitys Existing Equipment/Products (Within Requested Product Areas) Where The Warranty Period Has Expired. The Supplier Shall Have The Required Competence And Authority To Be Able To Handle Both Older And New Models Models. Existing Equipment/Products Are Distributed Over Approximately 3000-4000 Products For Normal Use (Cylinda, Bosch, Elvita, Electrolux And Asko) And Approx 400 Professional Products (Miele, Electrolux). Orders And Deliveries Are Coming Take Place Gradually During The Contract Period. The Start Of The Framework Agreement Is Estimated For March 2024. The Municipality Intends To Sign An Agreement With One (1) Supplier. The Procurement Is Carried Out For Participating Parties According To Appendix 01, Which Are Collectively Known As The Municipality.
