Request for proposals are invited for Engineering & Security Assessment In Jowhar District Scope of Work below: 1. Provide a report detailing the general state and condition of the construction. 2. Conduct a feasibility and security assessment of the buildings and establish the practicality to continue with the construction. This will include stakeholder engagement to confirm that security permits the supply of materials to the site and a cost benefit analysis to inform the Value for Money (VFM) aspect of the project. 3. Assess in detail the building system including but not limited to the structural, electrical, sanitary, plumbing, and other service systems along with closeup and long shot pictures. 4. Identify defects and areas for rehabilitation. 5. Assess all buildings in compliance with respective environmental/construction permits. 6. Confirm that each of the projects substantially complies with local, national, sectorial, environmental, and social requirements and if not, set out procedures to achieve compliance. 7. Deliver detailed plans for each of the buildings with technical specifications of the materials to be used, likely supply chains, and construction work needed. 8. Set out functions and roles for each component of the buildings (add annexes [Sketches, pictures etc.]) 9. Prepare bill of Quantity (BOQ)-cost estimate required for completion with at least two different budget scenarios. Deadline for submission: Saturday 6th January 2024 at 23:30 HRS (EAT).
