Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation of the Al-Rabsa Water Network - Al-Hawk District - Al-Hudaydah Governorate Contractors wishing to participate in this tender must request the tender documents during official working hours (from ten in the morning until two in the afternoon) from the organizations headquarters located: Republic of Yemen - Sanaa - Haddah - the political district next to Al-Tawfir Hyper, according to an official memorandum and attach the documents eligible to obtain The tender document, which is a copy of the commercial registry + tax card + zakat card. These documents must be valid or requested by email, along with attaching copies of the documents eligible to obtain the document mentioned above. Bidders must bring the following: - 1- Submitting a bank guarantee or an acceptable check for 2.5% of the total bid value, valid for 120 days (a basic condition for accepting the bid). 2- A copy of a valid tax card, zakat card, and social insurance card. 3- A copy of the valid commercial register. 4- A copy of a valid registration certificate for general sales tax purposes. 5- A copy of the classification certificate, if any. 6- The submitted offer must be complete in terms of technical, financial and commercial aspects, signed and sealed. 7- Supporting catalogs and photos should be attached, along with mentioning the specifications for any items that require this, as they are a major part of the technical analysis. 8- The facilitys technical file should be attached, as well as a statement of previous experience (previous work in the same field, with at least 3 contracts for the last three years attached, mentioning Names of the entities that have previously been dealt with, and their contact numbers and emails. 9- The contractor must visit the implementation sites before submitting the bid.
