Tenders are invited for Consultancy Terms of Reference for the Consolidation of Sanitation and Hygiene Promotion Resources into a Sanitation and Hygiene Manual The consultant will be responsible for the following tasks: Conduct a thorough desk review of existing sanitation and hygiene promotion literature, resources, and practices within and outside Living water. Conduct a virtual consultation with Africa countries to document their current practices and the various tools they employ- highlighting what works and what is not. Draft a consolidated sanitation and hygiene promotion manual suitable for the Living Water Africa Region. Create training tools and aids where necessary, to guide training for Living Water staff in how to use the manual. Provide TOT training to staff, partners, and stakeholders on how to effectively use the manual. Deliverables: The consultant is expected to deliver the following: Submit an inception report based on the comprehensive desk review and the TOR, complete with an outline of the manual. Draft sanitation and hygiene promotion manual for Living Water, complete with proposed tools and aids. Final S&H manual and tools. Submit a detailed TOT training report. Consultancy period: The consultancy is expected to take place within four calendar months with an estimated twenty working days from the contract signing date.
