Tenders are invited for IT and Data Governance Consultant SCOPE OF WORK Damnok Toek (DT) is currently seeking an individual, group or consultant company to improve its IT policies, procedures and systems and provide training to staff to ensure safe, efficient, and effective usage of IT software and hardware throughout the organisation: Configure Microsoft Azure and deploy SharePoint site(s) tailored to the organization requirements. Set up document libraries, lists, and workflows to optimize content organization. Define user roles and permission in Microsoft Azure and SharePoint for secure access and collaboration. Recommend and assist in procurement and set up of necessary IT equipment, including PCs, Networking devices or servers. Enable version control, metadata, and file access approval as needed. Implement backup solutions to ensure data integrity and recovery capabilities. Configure firewalls, antivirus software and encryptions method to safeguard sensitive data. Conduct user training on security best practices and access control follow the principle of least privilege. Conduct thorough testing of the SharePoint and Microsoft Azure setup and IT equipment to identify and address any issues. Ensure compatibility and seamless integration between SharePoint, Microsoft Azure, and IT components. Conduct training sessions for end-users on SharePoint usage and collaboration features which also include good password policies, device management, collaboration best practices, incident reporting, and compliance. Offer IT equipment orientation and guidelines to ensure proper usage and maintenance. Define a data retention policy, specifying how long data should be retained.
