Consultancy for Monitoring & Evaluation System Development and Maintenance Foster Web-Application System and Rice Tech Project Interested candidates are invited to submit: 1) CV/company profile with contact details for 3 references 2) Examples of prior similar work (with links or attachment to the publication) 3) Detailed technical proposal explaining methodology, scope of work and timeline. 4) The financial proposal shall specify a total in Net Fee amount in US Dollars including consultancy fees and all associated costs i.e. travel cost, meal, accommodationetc. (the consultancy fee should be mentioned in net fee and Oxfam will cover the tax on consultancy service. (If it is a consulting firm with VAT certificate, then please propose net fee + VAT) Deadline December 21, 2023 23:59 (GMT+7) SCOPE OF WORK The role of the consultant will be to develop an M&E system for Rice Tech Cambodia Project and also to provide a maintenance service on the existing M&E system service for FOSTER project. Specific tasks related to this scope of work include: Attend an orientation briefing with Oxfam and partners. Develop M&E system for RTC Project with simple database and forms in web base and manually. Develop tracking indicators and forms for partners to record manually. Prepare dashboards against required annual report by donor for Rice Tech Cambodia. Provide training to project partners of Rice Tech on M&E both theory, practice and in web-based system for totally 4 days (2 days/session) physically or online as well as provide refresher training for 1 time. Maintenance and fix existing web-based M&E FOSTER system and Rice Tech system according to the need from partners for one year till Aug 2024.
