Request for proposals are invited for Design a Managerial Capacity Improvement Plan for Mergers and Acquisitions Readiness and Access to Impact Equity Funds Scope of Works The design of the managerial capacity development plan includes the following tasks: 1. Assess the current capacity of each PWO against the factors determining successful M&A or access to impact equity funds. The capacity assessment includes, but is not limited to, accounting and finance, organisational structure and human resources, inventory management, and business plan. 2. Design the managerial capacity improvement plan based on the above assessment that enables them to participate in successful M&A or gain access to impact investment funds. 3. Estimate the cost to implement the managerial capacity improvement plan. The improvement plan should comprehensively inform PWOs to decide if it is cost-effective to invest in the improvement plan. 4. Identify the suppliers who could effectively provide services or software (accounting, inventory management, etc.) needed to implement the improvement plan for PWOs. CAPRED will use the managerial capacity improvement plan suggested by the consulting firm or consortium to discuss with the six selected PWOs and identify who is willing to co- invest with CAPRED in this managerial capacity improvement plan.
