The Initial Scope Of This Assignment Concerns The Delivery Of Two (2) Tipper Trucks And Associated (Specialist) Parts And Any (Maintenance) Work During The Warranty Period. This Assignment Includes The Option To Purchase One More Dump Truck From The Contractor. The Contracting Authority Has Its Own Maintenance Service And Will Therefore Carry Out The Daily Maintenance Of The Tipper Truck Itself Outside The Warranty Period. The Contracting Authority Expects That The Purchase Of Specialist Parts Will Occur Sporadically. The Contracting Authority Has Currently Entered Into An Agreement With One (1) Contractor For General Parts And Will Purchase The Common, Non-Specialist Parts From This Contractor. The Specialist (Maintenance) Work, Work That Cannot Be Carried Out By The Contractors Own Maintenance Service Due To The Lack Of Expertise Or Knowledge, Will Be Carried Out By The Contractor.
