Tenders Are Invited For Meal Service For Participants Of The Day Care Home In Dębiaki In The Tuszów Narodowy Commune As Part Of The Project Entitled Sunny Autumn Of Life Iv

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Catering Service For Project Participants, Consisting In The Preparation And Delivery Of Meals To The Day Care Home In Dębiaki For 35 People Who Need Help In Everyday Functioning And Collecting Leftovers After The Meal. The Expected Number Of Meals (A Meal Means A Set Consisting Of Breakfast With A Drink And A Two-Course Dinner With A Drink) Not More Than 17,640 Meals During The Service Period, Assuming That The Service Will Be Provided In A Period No Longer Than Until December 31, 2025 By Wed. 21 Days A Month. The Order Includes Preparation And Delivery Of Breakfasts With Drinks And Two-Course Lunches With Drinks (In Thermos And Thermoboxes) And Collection Of Leftovers After The Meal. The Ordering Party Envisages: Breakfast At 9 A.M., Lunch At 12.30 P.M. The Menu Should Be Varied. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide - Four Days In Advance For The Contractors Approval - Menus In A Decade-Wise Manner Along With The Necessary Documentation, I.E. Tables With Quantitative And Qualitative Ingredient Calculations. , As Well As Compliance With Standards And Regulations Regarding Food And Nutrition Safety. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare Individual Nutritional Diets In Accordance With Medical Recommendations, And Their Cost Should Be Included In The Offer Price. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide Any Additional Remuneration For This. Foodstuffs Used As Part Of Public Catering Must Meet The Appropriate Requirements For A Given Age Group, Resulting From Current Nutritional Standards. The Contractor Is Each Time Obliged To: Ensure That The Preparation And Delivery Of Meals Is Carried Out In Compliance With Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular Regarding Sanitary Requirements For Persons Participating In The Provision Of The Service, Places Where Meals Are Prepared And Means Of Transport Used To Provide The Service. 2. The Contractor Undertakes To: - Provide The Number Of Meals In Accordance With The Needs Submitted By The Ordering Party. - Preparing Meals In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Legal Regulations. - Preparing Meals In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 2021, As Amended), Including Implementing Provisions Of This Act And In Accordance With The Regulation Of The European Parliament And Of The Council No. 852/2004/Ec Of 29/04/2004 On Food Hygiene And Nutrition (Oj Eu L139 Of 30/04/2004). - Preparation Of Meals That Meet Nutritional Standards In Accordance With Polish Standards - Preparation Of Meals Of The Highest Standard Based On The Highest Quality Products, Maintaining Quality And Aesthetics In Accordance With Haccp And Collective Nutrition Standards And Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements. -The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Constantly Monitor The Contractors Compliance With The Regulations Regarding Production Technology And The Quality Of Services Provided. - Delivering Meals At Your Own Expense And Risk, Using Your Own Transport That Meets Sanitary Conditions In Specialized Thermos Flasks That Guarantee Maintaining The Appropriate Temperature And Quality Of The Transported Meals - In Accordance With The Law. - Collecting Post-Consumer Waste In Containers Adapted For This Purpose - The Contractors Staff Should Have Current Occupational Health And Safety Training And Have Current Health Records. -The Contractor Is Legally Responsible For The Nutrition Of People Before The District State Sanitary Inspector. -The Contractor Declares That He Has Full Authorizations Needed To Provide The Service Issued By The State District Sanitary Inspector -The Contractor Is Responsible For Compliance With The Quality Conditions Described For The Subject Of The Order. -The Ordering Party Is Not Liable For Any Damage Caused By The Contractor While Performing The Subject Of The Order. . - In The Event Of A Failure Or Other Unforeseen Events, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Meals Of No Worse Quality At His Own Expense From Other Sources Within The Time Specified In This Tor. The Contractor Undertakes To Take Care Of The Natural Environment When Performing The Subject Of The Order, Including By: Eliminating The Use Of Single-Use Items Made Of Plastics, Abandoning The Use Of Disposable Packaging, Bags, Nets And Bags Made Of Polyolefin Plastics, Using Materials That Come From Recycling Or Are Subject To Recycling In The Performance Of The Contract, Etc. The Contractor Undertakes To Take Into Account Environmental Factors In The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Ordering Goods Or Services Whose Impact On The Environment During Their Life Cycle Is Lower Compared To Goods And Services With An Identical Purpose That Would Be Ordered Otherwise.
