Tenders Are Invited For Providing Successive Restaurant Services For The Needs Of The Faculty Of Electronics, Telecommunications And Computer Science Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Successive Restaurant Services For The Needs Of The Faculty Of Electronics, Telecommunications And Computer Science Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology, As Part Of Successively Organized Meetings Related In Particular To: Guest Visits, Conferences, Seminars And Occasional Refreshments During The Term Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Provide Services For Projects Financed By The European Union And International Projects Implemented At The Faculty Of Electronics, Telecommunications And Computer Science Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Providing Restaurant Services With Due Diligence On The Dates And Places Indicated By The Ordering Party B) Presenting The Menu To The Ordering Party For Approval Before The Planned Date Of Service, No Later Than 2 Days Before The Planned Service) Serving Meals In An Aesthetic Manner, Using Tableware (Ceramic Or Porcelain) With A Uniform Design, Uncolored Glasses/Glasses, Stainless Steel Cutlery, Fabric Tablecloths, Paper And/Or Fabric Napkins D) Ensuring Appropriate Quality And Temperature Of The Served Dishes) Ensuring Appropriate Equipment And Catering Facilities To Perform The Service F) Appropriate Arrangement And Decoration Tables (Flowers, Tablecloths) In A Manner Agreed With The Ordering Party - No Later Than 1 Hour Before The Start Of The Meetingg) Preparation, Delivery And Distribution Of Meals On The Days And At Times Indicated By The Ordering Party To The Room Where The Meeting Will Be Held, No Later Than 30 Minutes Before Its Starth ) Collect And Clean Up Dishes And Unconsumed Meals Within 60 Minutes At The Latest. After The End Of The Meetingi) Packing Unconsumed Meals Into Disposable Containers And Handing Them Over To The Ordering Party) Ensuring The Appropriate Number Of Staff Needed For The Proper Implementation Of The Service K) Cleaning Up And Restoring The Place Where The Service Was Performed To Its Previous Condition After Its Completion, No Later Than Within 60 Minutes From The End Of The Meeting.3 . A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Along With The Estimated Demand Is Attached As Annex No. 5 To Swz.4. The Place Of Performance Of Restaurant Services Will Be The Premises Indicated In The Contractors Offer, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 5. The Material And Quantitative Scope Is Included In The Material And Price Form, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Quantities Given Therein Are Not Binding And Constitute Only An Estimated Quantity In The Expected Period Of Completion Of The Subject Of The Order. Actual Quantities Will Result Solely From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party.6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Complete The Subject Of The Contract In The Entire Scope, I.E. In The Quantities Specified In The Individual Items Of The Material And Price Form Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect, Nor Will He Be Entitled To Demand Payment Of Remuneration For The Unfulfilled Part Of The Contract. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Undertakes To Use At Least 70% Of The Order Quantity.7. Due To The Needs That The Ordering Party Cannot Predict During The Term Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Make Quantitative Changes, I.E. Reduce Or Increase Individual Items Of The Subject Of The Contract, Provided That The Changes Made Do Not Result In An Increase In The Total Remuneration Due To The Contractor Resulting From The Concluded Contract. Contracts.8. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase The Quantities Given In Individual Items In The Item And Price Form (In Consultation With The Contractor), For Which The Demand Will Be Higher Than The Estimated One, While Maintaining The Unit Prices Specified By The Contractor In The Offer And Not Exceeding The Total Remuneration Due To The Contractor.9. The Gross Contractual Remuneration Will Include The Total Amount That The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Pay To The Contractor For The Entire Duration Of The Contract. The Actual Gross Remuneration Will Depend On The Number Of Participants Registered By The Ordering Party During The Term Of The Contract.10. In Order To Provide Restaurant Services, The Contractor Should Have Permanent, Stationary Facilities Where Ordered Meals Will Be Prepared, In Accordance With The Act On Food And Nutrition Safety Of August 25, 2006 (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448).11. Due To The Nature Of The Meetings And The Need To Coordinate Them Logistically And Within A Specific Time Frame, Along With Providing Meals, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Have A Premises Close To The Campus Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology, Where Restaurant Services Will Be Provided. 12. Detailed Provisions Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Included In The Template Of The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.13. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In This Swz And In The Template Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
