The Subject Of This Order Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Provision Of Services For Organization, Logistical And Technical Provision And Holding Of Events With Different Formats, Described In Detail In The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1). The Scope Of The Order Includes Services As Follows: Accommodation, Provision Of Halls, Provision Of Technical Equipment, Catering. All Events Are Held At The Request Of The Client, Depending On The Needs Of A Specific Event. The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Declare For Each Event One, Several Or All Of The Activities Mentioned Above. The Specific Requirements For A Given Event And The Activities Necessary To Ensure It, As Well As The Venue, Are Explicitly Stated In Each Performance Request.
