The primary responsibility of the Engineers Representative will be to administer the construction contract in accordance with NZS3910:2013. Construction of the Papamoa East Interchange is a planned and budgeted project in the current Long-Term Plan and Annual Plan. This new interchange between the Tauranga Eastern Link (SH2) and the Papamoa East development area is a critical connection to support existing residential and commercial development in the area, as well as providing infrastructure for potential future development.
