While suppliers do not need to respond to this Advance Notice, we encourage you to let us know via email if you are interested in this opportunity. the RFP will likely be released mid January 2024. The services sought are to plan and undertake methane emission and waste composition data collection at up to 13 total class 1 5 landfills and transfer stations. While conducting these studies, the supplier will assess the organic content in incoming waste; compare the accuracy of visual surveys to sort-and-weigh surveys for the same material loads; and collect ancillary activity source and vehicle type data for modelling purposes.
