The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of Recreational Infrastructure For The Needs Of The Local Community In The Trzebnica Commune In The Town Of Głuchów Górny On The Plot No. 140/1 Am-1, Głuchów Górny District, On The Basis Of Design Documentation Prepared By M.Sc. Eng. Arch. Country. Katarzyna Styperek, Hereinafter Referred To As The Design Unit. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: A. Piping The Existing Drainage Ditches Rxk-4 And Rxk4-1, B. Preparation Of The Area For The Construction Of A Playground, Including, Among Others: Removal Of All Foreign Elements From The Area (Garbage, Roots, Stumps, Self-Seeding Plants, Weeds, Etc.), The Contractors Offer Price Must Include The Removal And Management Of All Materials Removed From The Area In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, C. Marking Out And Clearing The Area For A Safe Surface D. Construction Of A Safe Sand Surface, Layer Thickness 30 Cm, E. Delivery And Assembly Of A Steel Panel Fence On A Concrete Plinth And Assembly Of A Gate, F. Delivery And Assembly Of Playground Equipment With A Structure Made Of Galvanized Steel, Powder-Coated And Elements Made Of Hdpe And Hpl Boards: I. Spring Rocker; Ii. A Set Of Swings Containing At Least A Swing Equipped With One Eagles Nest Seat Made Of Ropes With A Steel Core, One Board Seat And One Basket Seat; Iii. Linear Descent;Iv. Weight Swing; V. A Play Set Containing At Least The Following Elements: Seven Towers, A Hipped Roof, Three Slides, A Tunnel Passage, A Linear Bridge, Two Climbing Walls, A Rope Wall, Stairs, An Entrance Ladder, A Rope Ladder, A Walker, A Barrier, Two X Tic-Tac-Toe , Abacus, Clock, Porthole Vi Barrier. Educational Boards Containing At Least The Following Elements: Bench, Clock, Slides, Drawing Board, Climbing Rings; X. Sandbox. G. Delivery And Installation Of Municipal Equipment: I. Park Bench - 2 Pieces; Ii. Coffee Table With A Roof; Iii. Steel Waste Bin; Iv. A Bike Rack; V. Large Regulation Board Trzebnica Commune For Children; Vi. Small Regulation Board H. Planting And Making A Lawn From A Roll Attention!!! A) The Contractor Must Have Warranty And Post-Warranty Service For The Offered Devices In Poland. As Part Of The Service During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform Warranty Repairs And Free Annual Technical Inspections Of The Installed Playground Equipment (In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Pn-En 1176 Standard). B) All Playground Equipment Must Be Brand New And Have Approvals And Certificates Issued By Certification Bodies Accredited At The Polish Accreditation Center, Confirming Compliance With The Pn-En 1176 Playground Equipment Standard. C) Material Requirements Are Included In The Design Documentation. The Offered Devices Must Meet The Material Requirements Contained In The Documentation. D) The Ordering Party Accepts As Equivalent Playground Equipment With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated In The Design Documentation. The Devices Listed In The Opz Allow For Maximum Use Of The Space Available On The Playground. Changing The Dimensional Tolerances Leads To Significant Changes In The Dimensions Of The Safety Zone, Which May Result In The Inability To Install Devices While Maintaining The Safety Zones. Due To The Very Limited Space, The Ordering Party Allows For A Change In Dimensional Tolerance Of -5%. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Devices With Inferior Basic Materials - Structural Elements Must Be Made Of Hot-Dip Galvanized Or Galvanized Steel, Powder-Coated Or Stainless Steel. Plates And Other Elements Such As Roofs, Railings, Stairs - Made Of Hdpe And Hpl, With Hdpe Being Considered The Superior Material. Hpl Can Only Be Used In Elements Strictly Indicated In The Design Documentation. However, The Ordering Party Will Consider The Condition Met If The Elements Indicated In The Design Documentation As Made Of Hpl Are Made Of Hdpe. Wooden Devices Are Not Allowed.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In § 1 And 2 Of The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz And Opz, Including The Design Documentation Prepared By The Design Unit. The Bill Of Quantities Is An Auxiliary Material And Does Not Constitute An Element Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
