1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Project Called Construction Of A Local Government Kindergarten In Koźmice Wielkie - Part 2, Finishing Works Of The Kindergarten Building And Land Development. The Scope Of The Task Includes Finishing Works Of The Kindergarten Building, Sanitary And Electrical Installations And Land Development, In Accordance With Attached Bills Of Quantities And Design Documentation, Along With Obtaining An Occupancy Decision. Building Parameters: - Area Kindergarten Buildings: 503.36 M2, - Area Usable Area 838.82 M2, - Volume - 4,202.04 M3.2. Additional Information Regarding The Subject Of The Order: In The First Stage Of The Investment, The Shell Construction Was Completed. This Procedure Covers Stage Ii, Finishing The Building And Land Development. Finishing Works Should Be Performed, I.E. Floors, Walls, Ceilings, Staircases, Elevator Shaft, Elevator, Facades, Internal Joinery, Locksmith Work, Sanitary Equipment; Electrical Works: Switchboards, Cabling, Accessories, Fixtures, Measurements, Low-Voltage Installations, Staircase Smoke Extraction; Water, Sewage, Gas, Central Heating And Ventilation Installations; Land Development: Topography, Greenery, Internal Roads, Sidewalks, Access Roads, Exit, Fencing, Garbage Shelter, Electrical Connection, Gas, Water, Sanitary Sewage System, 3 Tanks Of 20 M3 Each, Rainwater Sewage System, Area Lighting. The Scope Of Work Is Presented In The Attached Bill Of Quantities. A Board Informing About Co-Financing From The Government Local Investment Fund Should Be Provided And Installed. The Design Documentation Attached To The Swz Covers A Larger Scope Of Works Than That Planned For Implementation Under This Order, And The Offer Should Be Prepared Taking Into Account The Scope Indicated In This Point. The Scope Of The Public Procurement Procedure In Question Does Not Include The Construction Of A Playground With Its Fencing. In The First Stage, The Closed Shell Was Completed. The Ordering Party Explains That In The First Stage, 12 Cm Thick Partition Walls, Perimeter Drainage, Moisture-Proof And Thermal Insulation Of The External Vertical Foundation Part Of The Facility Along With Dimpled Foil, And The Construction Of A Grid For The Attic Construction Made Of Plasterboards Were Made. Ducts For Fans And Roof Outlets Were Made In The First Stage, In The Second Finishing Stage The Devices Should Be Made. The Subject Of The Proceedings At This Stage Are Works, In Accordance With The Design, All Layers Above The Reinforced Concrete Slab, I.E.: Bituminous Waterproofing, Xps Styrodur, Slip Layer 2X Pe Foil, Concrete Screed Reinforced With Mesh, Floor Finishing.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Determined By The Following Studies, Which Are Part Of The Design Documentation And Constituting Annexes To The Specification, And The Subject Of The Order Includes Finishing Works Of The Building And Land Development: - Technical Documentation - Annex No. 9 To The Swz; - Stwiorb - Annex No. 10 To The Swz; - Bills Of Quantities Works - Annex No. 11 To The Swz. Due To The Lump-Sum Nature Of The Remuneration, The Bill Of Quantities Should Be Treated As An Auxiliary Document, And The Absence Of Any Item In The Bill Of Quantities Does Not Exempt The Contractor From The Need To Perform It, If It Results From The Technical Documentation. 4. If The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of Materials Or Standards, Approvals, Specifications And Systems Referred To In Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Materials Or Equivalent Solutions Provided That They Guarantee The Proper Implementation Of The Works And Ensure That Technical Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Above-Mentioned Documents. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions, As Appropriate, Together With Its Description Or Standards.5. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide At Least A 60-Month Warranty And Guarantee For All Construction Works, Materials, Devices And Equipment, Counting From The Date Of Final Acceptance. The Extension Of The Guarantee And Warranty Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers In Accordance With Point 13 Of The Tor, And The Length Of The Warranty For Defects Must Correspond To The Length Of The Warranty.5. Additional Information Regarding The Subject Of The Order.5.1) The Contractor Undertakes To Perform External Works And Tidy Up The Construction Site And Adjacent Areas If He Disturbed These Areas During The Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Photographic Documentation Before Starting The Task. The Contractor Bears All Costs For Damage Caused To Third Parties During The Execution Of The Task. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Paying Compensation To Property Owners For Damage Caused By The Contractor During Construction. The Contractor Is Obliged To Make Arrangements With Property Owners And Road Managers Regarding The Commencement Of Works, Minimizing Damage And Bearing Related Costs. 5.2) The Contractor Will Make The Subject Of The Order Using Its Own Materials And Equipment. The Materials And Devices Used Should Comply With Declarations Of Compliance With Polish Standards, Certificates And Technical Approvals. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Valid Documents For The Materials Used Confirming Permission To Use/Install Them (E.G. Approvals, Certificates, Technical Approvals, Declarations Of Conformity). The Transport Of Materials To The Construction Site And The Delivery And Operation Of Machines And Devices Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works In Accordance With Construction Practice, Applicable Regulations And Standards And In Compliance With Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations. And Maximum Reduction Of The Nuisance Of Works. The Contractor Also Guarantees The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Under The Supervision Of Persons With The Required Professional Preparation To Perform Independent Functions In The Construction Industry. 5.3) During The Performance Of The Works, The Contractor Is Responsible For The Safety Of His Employees And Other Persons Located Within The Transferred Construction Site Due To The Works Performed. 5.4) Before Proceeding With The Final Acceptance Of The Works, The Contractor Presents The Ordering Party With Reports On The Tests And Examinations That Were Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order, Certificates Or Attestations For The Materials Used, Documentation Regarding The Construction Works Performed (Post-Construction Inventory). 5.5) The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare A Schedule Of Works And Financial Before Signing The Contract For The Performance Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Guidelines. 5.6) In Order To Secure The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Obliges The Contractor Whose Offer Is Selected As The Most Advantageous In This Procedure To Have Paid Civil Liability Insurance In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order By The Entire Order Execution Period In The Amount Of A Minimum Of Pln 500,000.00.5.7) Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order, In Accordance With Point 20.2. Swz.6. Attention! The Ordering Party Recommends Carrying Out An On-Site Visit, But The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Rejecting The Offer Of The Contractor Who Did Not Carry Out An On-Site Visit As Part Of The Procedure In Question. In Order To Arrange A Site Visit To The Investment Site, The Contractor Is Obliged To Contact The Persons Designated To Communicate With The Contractors. The Ordering Party Informs That No Answers To Questions Will Be Provided During The Site Visit And No Reports Will Be Prepared. All Necessary Documents Are Posted On The Website Of The Ongoing Procedure And Therefore The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Possibility Or Requirement For The Contractor To Check The Documents Necessary To Complete The Order Available On-Site At The Ordering Party.
