The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Project Called: Reconstruction Of The Water Treatment Plant With Land Development And Accompanying Infrastructure In The Town Of Lipiny, Przyłęk Commune. According To The Prepared Documentation, The Following Scope Of Construction Works Is Planned: The Investment Includes: Renovation Of The Existing Wwtp Building, Reconstruction Of Existing Installations Internal Pipes, Inter-Facility Pipes And The Construction Of A New Technological System Inside The Building, Ensuring Automatic Water Treatment. The Water Treatment Plant Is Located On Plot No. 79/2 Owned By The Przyłęk Commune. Modernization Of The Station Using Modern Water Treatment Technology Will Increase The Filtration Efficiency From 40 M3/H To Approx. 54 M3/H. Scope Of Work: 1) The Station Building - It Will Be Equipped With The Missing Plinth And Missing Platforms At The Entrance, The Door And Window Joinery Will Be Replaced, The Façade Will Be Renovated, A Roof Over The Door Will Be Installed, Gutters And Downpipes Will Be Replaced, And Sheet Metal Workings Will Be Replaced. In Addition, The Following Is Planned: Construction Of New Foundations For Filters, Aerators And Pump Sets, Renovation Of Floors, Replacement Of Sanitary Equipment, Cladding On Walls, Replacement Of Water Treatment Technological Devices.2) Replacement And Reconstruction Of Water Supply Lines Supplying Raw Water To The Station Building And Water Pipes Treated.3) Reconstruction Of The Technological Sewage System - Replacement Of Sewer Lines.4) Replacement Of Electric Cables Supplying Pumps In Deep Wells And The Overlying Water Pumping Station. 5) Deep Well No. 1 And No. 2 - Replacement Of Deep Well Casings.6) Washing Tank - Replacement With A New One.7) Overlying Water Infiltration Tank - Construction Of An Underground One In Place Of The Existing One.8) Internal Roads And Sidewalks - The Existing System Will Be Renovated And Recreated In A New Layout + 2 New Parking Spaces For Station Staff.
