1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Provision Of Services In The Field Of Permanent Maintenance And Technical Service Of Computer Equipment And Software At The Masovian Voivodeship Road Authority In Warsaw - Procedure No. 286/232. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Part Iii Of Swz.3. If Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterize The Product Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Are Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Refers To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals , Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. 4. Throughout The Entire Period Of Execution Of The Contract With Mzdw In Warsaw, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Valid Civil Liability Insurance (Oc) For The Provision Of Services Entrusted Under The Contract With Mzdw In Warsaw For A Guarantee Sum Of At Least Pln 200,000.00. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Policy Confirming Compliance With The Above. Requirement Within No More Than 7 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. If The Insurance Policy Presented By The Contractor Does Not Cover The Entire Duration Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With Another Insurance Policy That Meets The Above-Mentioned Conditions. Requirements No Later Than On The Last Day Of Validity Of The Previous Insurance Contract.
