When The Ice Condition Causes Such Big Delays That A Trip Between Kumlinge And Enklinge Ferry Berths Takes Thirty (30) Minutes Passes The Contractor To An Ice Tour List Agreed With The Customer. When The Ice Condition Causes Such Big Delays That A Trip Between Kumlinge And Enklinge Ferry Berths Takes Forty-Five (45) Minutes, The Contractor Must Maintain Passenger Transport By Hovercraft Or Other Equivalent Covered Craft For At Least 8 People. The Contractor Must Deliver A Good Passenger Service And Follow The Customers Customer Service Policy. Any Complaints Must Be Addressed By The Contractor. The Customer Does Not Charge A Port Fee For The Ports On The Line. The Contractor Also Has A Toll-Free Access To Electricity For The Ferrys Needs At The Ferry Ports. The Contractor Pays And Is Responsible Himself For All Waste Management Attributable To The Contract And For Procurement/Emptying Of The Water Needed To Carry Out The Contract. The Contractor Is Responsible For And Also Pays For Oil Waste Management. The Tenderer Is Requested To Familiarize Himself With Place With Ferry Traffic, Ferry Ports And Waterways. Quay Construction Contract For Future Traffic Will Continue During The Contract Period.
