This Subcontract Relates To A Framework Agreement On Facility Management Services In The Region North Jutland In Relation To The Assets That Finansiel Stabilitet Takes Over From Mink-Following Businesses From 15 February 2024. Facility Management On The Acquired Real Estate Can Include Internal And External Maintenance Of The Property, E.G. Cleaning, Winter Protection, Snow Removal/Salting, Window Polishing, Lawn Mowing, Hedge Trimming, Shrub Trimming And Trees That Can Keep The Property In Salable Condition. Facility Management Can Also Include Handling Of Alarm And Locking Systems On The Properties, Just As It May Include Supervision And Security Services On The Properties.
