Tenders are invited for Mid-term evaluation of the Children4Change program in Burundi, DRC and Senegal (2022-2026) The purpose of the mission is to evaluate the Children4Change program during the period from January 1, 2022 to June 30, 2024 . For further details on this mid-term evaluation, please see the attached Terms of Reference . The deadline to apply is January 24, 2024 . Profile of the consultant team Required skills, qualifications and experience : Proven experience in monitoring and evaluation; Training in social sciences; In-depth knowledge of development work, including community capacity building programs and programs aimed at poverty reduction, Income Generating Activities (IGA) and economic strengthening; Good understanding of childrens rights and issues affecting vulnerable children; Proven experience in participatory processes, particularly child participation, and data collection methods; Strong analytical and conceptual skills; Ability to translate complex concepts and ideas into simple, practical language; Excellent written communication skills; Detailed knowledge of the countries of intervention; Mastering French. Point of attention: It is possible to submit an offer for all or part of the mid-term evaluation. By part of the mid-term evaluation, we mean: Outcomes 1 (Burundi) and 2 (DRC) together on the one hand; Outcome 3 (Senegal) on the other hand.
