Tenders are invited for Procurement of Detergents, Disinfectants and Sanitary Ware Closing Date: 19th December, 2023 Price of Tender Document: Gh 400.00 No. of Lots: Various Tender Description: The Ho Teaching Hospital, Ho intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under call-off contracts that may be awarded under the framework agreement (FWA) concluded through this IFT Primary Procurement Process. The Ho Teaching Hospital is undertaking the primary procurement with a view to concluding a Framework Agreement. The Procurement Entity is the sole entity under the framework agreement and now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the procurement of ; Detergents, Disinfectants and Sanitary Ware - Various Additional Information: The Framework Agreement shall be concluded for a term of one (1) year from the commencement date stated in the framework agreement. The primary procurement shall establish a Closed Framework Agreement(s). This means no new firm (s) may conclude Framework Agreement during the Term of Framework Agreement. The eligibility requirements include the documents below and tenderers must attach copies of this mandatory documents to their tender documents: Valid Certificate of Incorporation Valid Business Registration Certificate (EVIDENCE OF RENEWAL) Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate (as at third Quarter, 2023) Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate (as at third Quarter, 2023) Valid VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable) Valid Registration Certificate from PPA Valid Pharmacy Council Registration Certificate (where applicable) Valid Food and Drug Authority Certificate (where applicable) Tender Securing Declaration Form.
